We ship Domestically and Internationally* via Australian Platinum Express. All deliveries require the ‘recipient to sign for delivery’. We will provide you with an estimated date and tracking number for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Creations Jewellers if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to addresses between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we are unable give a guaranteed time of delivery.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Customer satisfaction is important to us! If you are unhappy with the jewellery you received for any reason, simply return it to us and we will provide a refund under the following conditions:
Items sent back to Creations will be at the expense of the customer. We will not refund goods that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or show signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyer at their own expense. We do not accept exchanges.
Please allow up to 7 days for the parcel to reach us and to process the return. We recommend you send your item back using a trackable service so you know when we’ve received it. You can always contact us if you have any queries. Creations cannot be held responsible for parcels without tracking that have not been received back. From there, the funds can take between 24-72 hours to clear. Please note Creations does not refund any shipping costs incurred.
Refunds will generally be made in the form of the original payment. If, for any reason, this is not possible (e.g. expiry of credit card) it will be necessary to agree another method of refund. We will not refund any local taxes, customs or duties paid in the country of import by international customers.
