Our services
Custom design
Creations are passionate about designing, and are committed to hand-making quality jewellery to be handed on for generations. Whether you are popping the question, celebrating an anniversary or marking a memorable occasion, if you cannot find it in our collections, we can work with you to create that special Creation.
Jewellery Repairs
Our knowledgeable team can offer honest advice, and quote on jewellery repairs and maintenance required. All repair work is completed in our on-site workshop.
Restring
Creations can restring or rewire your pearls, gemstone necklaces, bracelets or beads. Our team can offer advice and design ideas to re-invent pearl and gemstone jewellery into a new piece with a modern twist.
Jewellery Clean and Check
Checking jewellery regularly is advised to maintain the optimal condition and beauty of each piece. We offer an on-the-spot check and ultrasonic clean for jewellery, which is complimentary for all Creations pieces.
Jewellery Insurance
As proud members of the Diamond Guild of Australia, we are happy to offer MasterCare Jewellery Insurance on approved pieces. This insurance product is unique in its level of cover and guarantees the policyholder is covered for loss, theft or damage, worldwide.
Remodelling
We are specialists in remodelling and recreating jewellery. If there are pieces of jewellery that you no longer wear, or your well-loved jewels are worn beyond repair, we offer advice and design ideas to recreate them. We are passionate about recycling metal, diamonds and precious gemstones that hold special memories and sentiment. We can remodel jewellery into pieces that can be continued to wear for you and your family, for generations to come.
