At Creations Jewellers we are passionate about the craft of handmade jewellery in the modern world.
This onyx (Brazilian agate layer) Cameo was hand carved in 1980 and sourced from the Roth family famous in Germany for their quality hand carving into gemstone. Aptly named ‘Flower Girl’ by artist Dieter Roth.
This piece was designed and made to accent the feminine subject in a delicate way that the art piece deserves, whilst still highlighting a modern edge that we are known for at Creations. In this piece we nod to the history of Cameo carving and Art Nouveau with our modern touch of individually handcrafted jewels. This brooch can also be worn as a pendant and is definitely one of a kind.
Our small workshop of skilled jewellers in Canberra, Australia continues to forge forward in the world of handmade jewellery and this piece is no exception to that rule.
